Payment Options and Cancellation Policy
Payment Options
Your treatment can be paid for in a variety of ways:
1) Pay as you go
You may pay as you progress through each stage of your treatment, in accordance with our payment policy. Payments may be taken in advance where applicable. The expected duration of your treatment will be outlined by your treating dentist.
2) Spreading the cost of your treatment
If you wish to spread the cost of your treatment over a longer period in equal instalments, you may apply for our in-house dental finance. Finance must be agreed and approved at least 14 days prior to treatment commencing, and the total treatment value must be £600 or more. If this timeframe is not met, the finance option may not be available.
Our in-house dental finance offers the following options:
-
Interest-free payments spread over 12 months
-
Payment plans of up to 60 months, with interest applicable (subject to change as interest rates may vary)
Dental finance should only be applied for once a treatment plan and total cost have been confirmed. If further investigations are required that may affect the final cost, the finance application should be completed once these investigations have been concluded.
Short Notice Cancellations / Failure to Attend Policy
Appointments with our clinicians are in high demand. Late cancellations or rearranged appointments can cause significant disruption to the service we provide.
For certain treatments, longer appointment times are required and specific equipment may need to be ordered in advance. For this reason, the practice may require deposit payments prior to treatment.
For appointments lasting less than 30 minutes, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a late cancellation fee of £10 per 10 minutes of the appointment.
For appointments lasting 30 minutes or more, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is also required. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a late cancellation fee of £30 per 10 minutes of the appointment.
Please note that cancellation and failure to attend policies may differ for dental implant treatments, orthodontic treatments, and other specialist services. Patients should refer to the relevant treatment plans or policies for further details.
Signing a treatment plan confirms that you have received a copy of the treatment plan, fully understand all items outlined, and accept the late cancellation and failure to attend fees. This does not commit you to proceeding with treatment.
