Dr Mitchell Mbaeri JP

B.Ch.D, FDSRCS (Eng.), M.Clin.Dent (Perio), MRDRCSEd(Rest.).

GDC registered specialist in Periodontology.

Dr Mitchell Mbaeri had worked for the NHS in different capacities over the last 22 years. Her primary degree in dentistry was gained in 1988; she later spent 4 years training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery as a senior house officer in notable teaching hospitals including Kings College Hospital, the Eastman Dental institute and the University College Hospital. Her training culminated in the award of fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Oral surgery in 1997.

She subsequently embarked on a 3 year specialist training course at Queen Mary University Dental Hospital in Periodontology. She has a Master of Clinical Dentistry degree (M.Clin.Dent) in Periodontology and obtained the Diploma of Membership in Restorative dentistry specialising in Periodontology with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2004.

She is now our specialist Periodontist (Gum Specialist) providing all aspects of non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy.  In her spare time, she sits as a justice in the Magistrates courts and enjoys meeting people of different backgrounds and dispositions. Amongst other challenges, Mitchell is also a devoted wife and mother. She enjoys reading, dancing and music.

You will receive a full report upon consultation with your patient and will be kept up to date with their progress when necessary.
